SERVICE PROVIDERS 

1) Companies/ Organisations:
Please be reminded to attach your RCB/ROS certificate/details before you submit the SEP Agreement. For Organisations, please go to www.mha.gov.sg/ros to copy your organisation's details to submit to SSC. 

2) NCAP Theory Courses
Course Schedules are available for NCAP Theory Level 1, NCAP Theory Level 2 and NCAP Theory Level 3.
Registration will only be availabe from 15 November 2007 from http://sports.ssc.gov.sg. 

3) NCAP Theory Accreditation
If you / your coaches are not equipped with NCAP Theory, but have other prior learning / experience / certificates, you may seek NCAP Theory Accreditation.

To seek NCAP Theory Accreditation, please:
-  Fill in the NCAP Theory Accreditation form
-  Attach evidence of your prior learning (e.g. certificates from coaching and/or sports science courses with corresponding 
   transcripts and course descriptions, and evidence of coaching experience

SCHOOLS

(1) Draft Report For Schools
All schools are reminded to submit a draft report of programmes they wish to conduct for 2008 using the 'Programme Report' function in their login account.(Use 'Save As Draft' function)

(2) Procurement and Payment Processes
There has been many enquiries regarding the procurement and payment procedures for SEP programmes. Here are some points of clarification:

- Under SEP, there is no need for schools and SEP programme providers to quote through GeBIZ.
- For programmes below $3000, schools may appoint vendor directly and justify to school's own QAP.
- For programmes between $3000 - $70,000, schools need to obtain 3 quotes using the portal (each programme on SEP portal can directly be taken as a quote) and justify to school's own QAP.
- The getting of 3 quotes can be omitted only if there is only 1 vendor offering programmes in that particular sport.
- For payment, independent schools will need to pay vendors 100% of cost and be reimbursed by March 2008.
- Other schools can obtain 50% funding from IFAAS project code 500042 (SSC-SEP Grant), while the other 50% funding should be obtained from other sources of school's funds
